摘  要:某新建大化肥生产装置二氧化碳压缩机组在开车加负荷过程中,高压缸止推轴承温度温度上涨速率较快,逐步上升到116℃,超过报警值,高压缸止推瓦位移变化不明显。通过对影响止推轴承温度偏高的原因逐一分析判断,并采取相应措施对外部影响原因进行排除,针对性的对高压缸进行解体检查,及时发现问题并进行相应处理,提高了检修效率,保证了二氧化碳压缩机组及时稳定运行。In the process of start-up and load increase of CO_(2)compressor unit in a new chemical fertilizer production plant,the temperature of thrust bearing of high-pressure cylinder rises rapidly,and gradually rises to 116℃,exceeding the alarm value,and the displacement of thrust pad of high-pressure cylinder changes little.Through the analysis and judgment of the reasons affecting the high temperature of the thrust bearing one by one,and taking corresponding measures to eliminate the external influence causes,targeted disassembly inspection of the high pressure cylinder,timely detection of problems and corresponding treatment,which improves the maintenance efficiency and ensures the timely and stable operation of CO_(2)compressor unit.
