摘 要:为保证低压台区电力自动抄表系统的安全性能,提出低压台区电力自动抄表系统异常运行预警方法。通过电力自动抄表系统对电表运行情况进行实时监控,根据运行可靠性评估特点,构建元件时变可靠性模型,利用风险评估原理,计算安全预警评估指标,对运行状态实施定量分析,并对状态实时变化的风险进行预警;根据负荷损耗、超限和系统状态,准确反映运行状态指标,实现电力自动抄表系统异常运行预警。实验结果表明:所提方法的低压台区电力自动抄表系统异常运行预警效果较好,提高了系统异常运行预警效率。In order to ensure the safety performance of the automatic meter reading system in the low-voltage station area,an early warning method for abnormal operation of the automatic meter reading system in the low-voltage station area is proposed.The operation of the electricity meter is real-time monitored through the automatic power meter reading system.According to the characteristics of operational reliability evaluation,time-varying reliability model of components is built,risk assessment principles is used to calculate the safety warning evaluation indicators,the operating status is quantitatively analyzed,and the risk of real-time changes of the state is forewarned.Aaccording to load loss,overrun and system status,it accurately reflects the operating status indicators,and realizes early warning of abnormal operation of the automatic power meter reading system.The experimental results show that the proposed method has a good early warning effect on abnormal operation of the automatic meter reading system in the low-voltage station area,and improves the early warning efficiency of the system’s abnormal operation.
