摘　　要：目的比较神曲消食口服液、双歧杆菌四联活菌片分别联合乳果糖治疗儿童功能性便秘与单纯应用乳果糖治疗儿童功能性便秘的有效率及远期复发率。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月在郑州大学附属儿童医院消化内科门诊就诊及住院的198例功能性便秘患儿为研究对象。根据随机抽签法将患儿分为A、B、C 3组,A组66例,B组65例,C组67例。A组口服神曲消食口服液联合乳果糖,B组口服双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合乳果糖,C组仅口服乳果糖,所有患儿口服药物2周。随访其便秘改善情况,停药4周后随访其便秘症状复发情况,并采用单因素方差分析和χ^(2)检验对统计数据进行分析。结果A组有效56例,无效10例,复发19例,有效率84.8%,复发率33.9%;B组有效60例,无效5例,复发16例,有效率92.3%,复发率26.7%;C组有效36例,无效31例,复发22例,有效率53.7%,复发率61.1%。A组有效率高于C组(P<0.05),复发率低于C组(P<0.05);B组有效率高于C组(P<0.05),复发率低于C组(P<0.05)。结论神曲消食口服液、双歧杆菌四联活菌片分别联合乳果糖治疗儿童功能性便秘较单纯乳果糖治疗效果较好,且不易复发,可为临床用药提供一定依据。Objective To analyze the effects of Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid,bifidobacterium tetrapia combined with lactulose in children with functional constipation.Methods A total of 198 children with functional constipation who were treated in the Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.All the children were randomly divided into A,B and C group.The A group accepted Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid combined with lactulose,the B group accepted bifidobacterium tetrapia combined with lactulose,and the C group accepted lactulose.The improvement of constipation after 2 weeks and the recurrence of constipation symptoms after 4 weeks of drug withdrawal were analyzed.Results The effective cases of the A group were 56,the invalid cases were 10,the recrudesce cases were 19,the effective rate was 84.8%,the recurrence was 33.9%.The effective cases of the B group were 60,the invalid cases were 5,the recrudesce cases were 16,the effective rate was 92.3%,the recurrence was 26.7%.The effective cases of the C group were 36,the invalid cases were 31,the recrudesce cases were 22,the effective rate was 53.7%,the recurrence was 61.1%.The effective rate of the A group was significantly higher than that of the C group,and the recurrence rate of the A group was lower than that of the C group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the B group was higher than that of the C group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the C group(P<0.05).The effective rate and the recurrence rate of the A group and B group had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid combined with lactulose and bifidobacterium tetrapia combined with lactulose are more effective than lactulose alone in the treatment children with functional constipation,and it is not easy to relapse,which can provide certain basis for clinical medication.
