川芎嗪离子导入结合COOK导丝再通术治疗输卵管性不孕的临床效果  

Effects of Ligustrazine Iontophoresis Combined with COOK Wire Recanalization Technique on Treating of Tubal Infertility

摘　　要：目的观察川芎嗪离子导入结合COOK导丝再通术治疗输卵管性不孕的临床效果。方法选择2017年3月至2019年3月在郑州市精神病防治医院确诊为输卵管阻塞性不孕的120例患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方式分为川芎嗪离子导入与COOK导丝再通术结合治疗组(以下简称结合治疗组)及COOK导丝再通术治疗组,各60例。比较两组患者输卵管通畅情况以及受孕情况。结果COOK导丝治疗后,结合治疗组和COOK导丝再通术治疗组的输卵管通畅率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且两组患者输卵管双侧通畅率均为80.00%(48/60)。术后6个月,结合治疗组输卵管再闭塞率、通而不畅率低于COOK导丝再通术治疗组(P<0.05),完全通畅率高于COOK导丝再通术治疗组(P<0.05)。结合治疗组2 a内妊娠31例(异位妊娠0例,宫内31例),妊娠率64.58%(31/48),COOK导丝再通术治疗组2 a内妊娠16例(异位妊娠3例,宫内13例),妊娠率33.33%(16/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在实施COOK导丝再通术基础上联合川芎嗪离子导入可以降低输卵管性不孕患者输卵管再闭塞率,提高妊娠成功率。Objective To observe the clinical effects of ligustrazine iontophoresis combined with COOK wire recanalization technique on treating of tubal infertility.Methods A total of 120 patients who were diagnosed with tubal obstructive infertility in Zhengzhou Psychiatric Prevention and Treatment Hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to treatment methods,they were divided into ligustrazine iontophoresis combined with COOK wire recanalization technique treatment group(combined treatment group)and COOK wire recanalization technique treatment group,with 60 cases in each group.Results After treatment,there was no significant difference in the tubal patency rate of the patients between the two groups,the tubal patency rate of the two groups both was 80.00%(48/60)(P>0.05).After 6 months after the operation,the rate of tubal occlusion and patency of partially obstructed of the combined treatment group was lower than that of the COOK wire recanalization technique treatment group(P<0.05),while the complete patency rate of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the COOK wire recanalization technique treatment group(P<0.05).Within 2 years of treatment,there were 31 cases of pregnancy in the combined treatment group(0 cases of ectopic pregnancy and 31 cases of intrauterine pregnancy),the pregnancy rate was 64.58%(31/48),and 16 cases of pregnancy in the COOK wire recanalization technique treatment group(3 cases of ectopic pregnancy and 13 cases of intrauterine pregnancy),the pregnancy rate was 33.33%(16/48).There was a significant difference in the pregnancy rate of the patients between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of tubal infertility,ligustrazine iontophoresis based on COOK wire recanalization technique can reduce the rate of tubal reocclusion and increase the success rate of pregnancy.
