重组人干扰素α-2b栓联合活性银离子抗菌液治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨重组人干扰素(rhIFN)α-2b栓联合活性银离子抗菌液治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月于柘城县人民医院接受治疗的86例老年性阴道炎患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(43例,rhIFNα-2b栓)与观察组(43例,rhIFNα-2b栓联合活性银离子抗菌液),两组均连续治疗2个月。观察两组临床疗效,对比两组治疗前、治疗2个月后阴道pH值及炎症因子[干扰素(IFN)-γ、白细胞介素(IL)-4、IL-12]水平;随访6个月,统计两组复发情况。结果观察组临床总有效率(93.02%)高于对照组(74.42%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2个月后,两组阴道pH值、IL-4水平低于治疗前,IFN-γ、IL-12水平高于治疗前,且观察组阴道pH值、IL-4水平低于对照组,IFN-γ、IL-12水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率(6.45%)低于对照组(33.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论rhIFN-α-2b栓联合活性银离子抗菌液治疗可降低老年性阴道炎患者阴道pH值,减轻炎症反应,提高临床效果,降低复发率。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of recombinant human interferon(rhIFN)α-2 b suppository combined with active silver ion antibacterial solution in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods A total of 86 patients with senile vaginitis who received treatment in Zhecheng People’s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(43 cases,rhIFNα-2 b suppository)and observation group(43 cases,rhIFNα-2 b suppository and active silver ion antibacterial solution),both groups were treated continuously for 2 months.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the vaginal pH value and levels of inflammatory factors[interferon(IFN)-γ,interleukin(IL)-4,IL-12]were compared between the two groups before and 2 months after treatment.After 6 months’followed up,the occurrence of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(93.02%)was higher than that of the control group(74.42%),with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05).After 2 months’treatment,the vaginal pH value and the levels of IL-4 of both groups were lower than those of before treatment,the levels of IFN-γ,IL-12 were higher than those of before treatment,and the vaginal pH value and the level of IL-4 of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the levels of IFN-γ,IL-12 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significant differences(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group(6.45%)was lower than that of the control group(33.33%),with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The rhIFNα-2 b suppository combined with active silver ion antibacterial solution can reduce the vaginal pH value of senile vaginitis patients,reduce the inflammatory reaction,improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the recurrence rate.
