摘　　要：随着经济全球化的加深,中国投资者对非洲的投资规模日渐扩大。但是,对非洲的投资并非一帆风顺:由于非洲国家地理、经济、宗教等因素的影响,中国投资者会遇到政府违约、法律制度变更、国有化和环保理念崛起等因素引发的法律风险。因此,做好风险防范就显得尤为重要,投资者在进行投资保险时,可以同时选择国内和国际的担保机构来防范风险。在投资前期和项目运行过程中,投资者应当做好尽职调查、全面把握投资协议的关键条款。With the deepening of economic globalization,the scale of Chinese investors’investment in Africa is expanding.However,investment in Africa is not smooth sailing.Due to the influence of geography,economy,religion and other factors of African countries,Chinese investors will encounter legal risks caused by government default,change of legal system,nationalization and rise of environmental protection concept.Therefore,risk prevention is particularly important.Investors can choose both domestic and international guarantee institutions to guard against risks when they carry out investment insurance.At the early stage of investment and in the process of project operation,investors should do a good job in due diligence and fully grasp the key terms of the investment agreement.
