摘　　要：徐健众教授认为,重庆地区秋燥咳嗽多为素体痰湿内蕴,又感秋季燥邪,故多从燥湿论治,自拟经验方润燥宣降汤治疗。徐老师治疗秋燥咳嗽强调润燥相济,调畅气机,认为该病初期病机为燥湿合邪、中期病机为气机被遏及阴伤血瘀、后期病机为脾肾虚损,分三期辨证论治。同时,徐老师注重辨病与辨证相结合,燥湿相济乃平,因时、因地、因人进行选方用药。Professor Xu Jian-zhong believes that autumn-dryness cough in Chongqing area is mostly caused by phlegm dampness and autumn dryness.Therefore,it should be treated from dryness and dampness.He often uses self-made empirical Decoction for Moistening Dryness and Ventilating the Lung and Directing Qi Downward.Professor Xu emphasizes moistening dryness and regulating qi mechanism together in treating autumn-dryness cough.He thinks that the early stage pathogenesis of the disease is dampness combined with dryness,the middle stage pathogenesis is suppressed qi and injured yin and blood stasis,and the late stage pathogenesis is spleen and kidney deficiency.So,it can be divided into three stages for syndrome differentiation and treatment.At the same time,Professor Xu pays attention to the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,the combination of dryness and dampness,and the selection of formulas according to different times,places and patients.
