摘　　要：罗毅老师认为,恶性肿瘤的产生是无形之邪发展到有形实邪的过程,其本质为正虚邪干。恶性肿瘤患者多肝郁,常在疏肝解郁基础上配伍理气药物,使气机畅通。日久伤阴,多见气阴两虚证,应补脾肺或补肝肾,扶正健脾应贯穿始终。在恶性肿瘤的各个时期均应祛邪,但攻邪勿过猛,常用清热解毒及利湿化痰药物。恶性肿瘤之瘀绵长、顽固、难消,单纯应用活血化瘀药物难取佳效,且过用活血破血药物恐伤正气,常用具有辛散、升发、走窜、宣通之性的风药配伍少量活血化瘀药。Professor Luo Yi believes that the generation of malignant tumor is the process from invisible pathogen to tangible pathogen,and its essence is insufficiency of healthy qi and excessiveness of pathogenic qi.The patients with malignant tumor usually have liver depression,so the treatment should focus on combining medicinals for regulating qi based on the reliving liver depression.If yin is injured for a long time,the deficiency of both qi and yin is common.It is necessary to tonify the spleen and lung or liver and kidney,and reinforcing healthy qi and strengthening the spleen should go through the whole process.In each stage of malignant tumor,we should dispel pathogenic factors,but we should not attack them too hard.We should often use medicinals to clear heat and resolve toxins,and to remove dampness and resolve phlegm.The blood stasis of malignant tumor is long,obstinate and difficult to eliminate.It is difficult to get good effect by simply using the drugs of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Excessive use of the medicinals of promoting blood circulation and breaking blood stasis is easy to damage the healthy qi.Therefore,it is common to use wind medicinals with the characteristics of pungent,dispersing,scurrying and dredging properties combined with the ones for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.If there is no blood stasis syndrome,such medicinals cannot be used.
