摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定斑蝥酸钠注射液中斑蝥酸钠的含量。方法:采用PhenomenexC_(18)色谱柱(250.0mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.02moL·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液,梯度洗脱,流速1mL·min^(-1),柱温30℃,进样量10μL,检测波长230nm。结果:在优化的色谱条件下,斑蝥酸钠在1.3238~6.6190μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),方法的精密度、稳定性、重复性以及回收率良好。结论:所建立的HPLC法可检测斑蝥酸钠注射液中斑蝥酸钠的含量,该方法简便、准确,有较好的重复性和稳定性。Objective:To determine the content of sodium cantharidate in Sodium Cantharidate Injection by HPLC method.Methods:Phenomenex C_(18) chromatographic column(250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used.Acetonitrile-0.02 mol·L^(-1) potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution was the mobile phase.Gradient elution was finished with flow rate(1 mL·min^(-1)),column temperature(30℃),injection volume(10μL).The detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results:Under the optimized chromatographic conditions,the linear relationship of sodium cantharidate in the range from 1.3238 to 6.6190μg was good(r=0.9998).The precision,stability,repeatability and recovery of the method were good.Conclusion:The established HPLC method can determine the content of sodium cantharidate in Sodium Cantharidate Injection,which is simple,accurate,reproducible and stable.
