加味真武汤联合西药治疗原发性肾病综合征脾肾阳虚证临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味真武汤联合西药治疗原发性肾病综合征脾肾阳虚证的临床疗效。方法:将68例原发性肾病综合征脾肾阳虚证患者,根据office Excel 2013的Rand函数行随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组34例。对照组给予标准化激素疗法和常规治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上联合加味真武汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后有效率、中医症状积分、24小时尿蛋白定量(24-hour urinary protein quantity, 24 hUPQ)、血清白蛋白(albumin, ALB)、血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol, TC)水平的变化情况。结果:试验组有效率82.35%,对照组有效率64.71%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后24 hUPQ、TC、中医症状积分低于对照组,ALB高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味真武汤联合西药治疗原发性肾病综合征脾肾阳虚证,能有效降低患者24 hUPQ和TC,提高患者ALB水平,改善患者临床症状。Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Flavored True Warrior Decoction combined with Western medicine on primary nephrotic syndrome with spleen-kidney yang deficiency.Methods: A total of 68 patients of primary nephrotic syndrome with spleen-kidney yang deficiency were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the Rand function line of Office Excel 2013,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given standard hormone therapy and conventional treatment, while the experimental group was treated with Flavored True Warrior Decoction on the basis of the control group.The changes of the effective rate, symptom scores of TCM,24-hour urinary protein quantity(24 hUPQ),albumin(ALB) and total cholesterol(TC) level were compared between the two groups.Results: The effective rate of the experimental group was 82.35%,while that of the control group was 64.71%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 24 hUPQ,TC and scores of TCM symptoms of the experimental group after treatment were lower than those of the control group, and the ALB was higher than that of the control group, and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Flavored True Warrior Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome with spleen-kidney yang deficiency can effectively reduce 24 hUPQ and TC,improve ALB level and clinical symptoms.
