加味二仙汤配合西药治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕症30例

摘　　要：目的:观察加味二仙汤配合西药治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕症的临床疗效及对内膜容受性的影响。方法:将60例薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用加味二仙汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、优势卵泡直径、子宫内膜容受性指标[子宫内膜厚度、血流搏动指数(pulsatility index, PI)、血流阻力指数(resistance index, RI)]、激素水平[雌二醇(estradiol, E_(2))、促卵泡成熟激素(follicle stimulating hormone, FSH)、孕酮(progesterone, P)]变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为73.33%,观察组有效率为93.33%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后子宫内膜厚度大于本组治疗前,中医证候积分、PI、RI低于本组治疗前;治疗后观察组子宫内膜厚度大于对照组,中医证候积分、PI、RI低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后E_(2)、P、优势卵泡直径大于本组治疗前,FSH低于本组治疗前;治疗后观察组E_(2)、P、优势卵泡直径大于对照组,FSH低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味二仙汤配合西药治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕症,能够有效改善患者的症状体征、激素水平和子宫内膜容受性,提高妊娠成功率。Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Flavored Two-elixir Decoction on thin endometrium infertility and its effect on endometrial receptivity.Methods: A total of 60 patients with thin endometrium infertility were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Flavored Two-elixir Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy, the changes of TCM syndrome score, dominant follicle diameter, endometrial receptivity indexes [including endometrial thickness, endometrial blood pulsatility index(PI),endometrial blood flow resistance index(RI)],hormone levels [including estradiol(E_(2)),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),progesterone(P)] before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results: The effective rate was 73.33% in the control group and 93.33% in the observation group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness of the two groups after treatment was greater than that of the same group before treatment, and the TCM syndrome score, PI and RI were lower than those of the same group before treatment.After treatment, the endometrial thickness in the observation group was greater than that in the control group, and the TCM syndrome score, PI and RI were lower than those in the control group, and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, E_(2),P and dominant follicle diameter in the two groups were greater than those of the same group before treatment, and FSH was lower than that of the same group before treatment.After treatment, E_(2),P and dominant follicle diameter in the observation group were greater than those in the control group, and FSH was lower than that in the control group, and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Flavored Two-elixir Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment
