摘 要:在古代,蝉应用于临床的药用部位有虫体及皮壳,而现代仅皮壳收录于《中华人民共和国药典》。汉代首次将蝉蜕烧灰制,唐代有过水后去头足,宋代新增炙法,明代在炮制学上处于发展盛期,出现了水煮制、研末制,清代新增酒洗法。而现代则以水洗去泥沙的净制为主。蝉蜕历代炮制方法种类繁多、沿革跨度大,现行药典并没有对蝉蜕进行严格规定,造成饮片质量良莠不齐。今后,应制定和完善蝉蜕的饮片质量标准,丰富蝉蜕炮制品种类,促进其临床应用。In ancient times, Chantui(Periostracum Cicadae) were used as clinical medicine, including insect body and skin shell, while in modern times, only skin shell has been included in The Pharmacopoeia of the People′s Republic of China.In the Han Dynasty, Chantui were first processed by burning into ash.In the Tang Dynasty, their heads and feet were removed after being boiled by water.In the Song Dynasty, the method of stir-baking with fluid adjuvant was added.In the Ming Dynasty, the processing science was in its heyday of development, with the emergence of water processing and grinding processing.In the Qing Dynasty, the wine-washing method was added.In modern times, the purification processing of washing away sediment is mainly used.The processing methods of Chantui in the past dynasties have a wide variety and long evolution span.The current pharmacopoeia does not strictly stipulate Chantui, resulting in uneven quality of medicinal slices.In the future, we should formulate and improve the quality standard of medicinal slices of Chantui, enrich the types of processed products, and promote its clinical application.
