摘 要:研究了臭氧在染色聚酯织物后整理中的应用。该应用在小型喷射染色机上进行。将臭氧注射入喷射染色浴,还原清理处理在同一台机器上进行,并作为参考。比较了还原处理和臭氧氧化清洗两种方法所得织物的耐摩擦色牢度和耐洗色牢度。结果表明,臭氧处理试样的耐摩擦色牢度和耐洗色牢度与还原清洗试样相当,且臭氧处理更经济、能耗更低且污染更小。The application of ozone in after-clearing of polyester dyed fabrics has been studied.The treatment was applied in a closed pilot scale jet dyeing machine.Arrangement was made to inject ozone gas online into the jet dyeing bath.The reduction clearing treatment was applied in the same machine and was considered as a reference.The reduction as well as the oxidative cleared with ozone was compared for crock fastness and wash fastness properties.Results found that ozone treated samples for crock and wash fastness were comparable to those of reduction-cleared samples.The ozone treatment was found to be more economical,less energy consuming and with lower impact on water pollution.
