摘  要:以提高盆式绝缘子绝缘能力为出发点,对盆式绝缘子放电现象及电场强度进行仿真,研究了沿面爬距对盆式绝缘子绝缘能力的影响,并对盆式绝缘子进行了优化改进。新设计的盆式绝缘子可以改善凹面侧绝缘能力弱于凸面侧情况,提出将沿面合成场强纳入绝缘能力考核范围,经对优化后盆式绝缘子进行绝缘试验验证,结果表明绝缘性能优异。This study practiced a simulation experiment for discharge phenomenon and electric field intensity of basin insulators to improve their insulating ability.It also researched the influence of creep-age distance on the basin-type insulator and optimized its quality.The new basin-type insulator can balance the insulation ability of both sides.This paper proposed to include the ability of creep-age synthesized electric-field strength into the insulation to assessment.The result of the experiment shows that the improved product has better insulation ability.
