关于边坡工程专项论证强制性规定的分析

摘　　要：即将实施的《建筑和市政地基基础通用规范》首次强制性地要求对一些边坡工程进行专项论证。本文对此进行分析,认为这一规定存在不合逻辑、无法强制执行和无需强制执行的情况,应将其剔除。The to-be-implemented General Code for Building Foundations and Municipal Foundations compulsorily requires special demonstrations for some slope projects for the first time.This paper analyzes this requirement and believes that this provision may be illogical,unable and unnecessary to compulsorily enforce it,so it should be eliminated.
