摘 要:为筛选新疆紫草种子发芽及苗期生长发育的最佳土壤处理方法及配比,试验了三种不同土壤处理对新疆紫草出苗率、成苗率及苗期生长的影响。结果表明,土壤+营养土+生物有机肥(2:5:3)处理较土壤+营养土(1:1)处理的紫草出苗率、保苗率分别高10.17%和4.4%,叶片数、全株鲜质量、根茎及根长分别提高16.94%、27.40%、13.19%和52.99%。综上所述,促进新疆紫草出苗率、成苗率及苗期生长发育的最佳土壤处理为土壤+营养土+生物有机肥,最佳土壤配比为2:5:3。In order to screen out soil treatments and ratio for seed germination and seedling growth of Ar⁃nebia euchroma(Royle)Johnst,the effects of three different soil treatments on the emergence rate,seed⁃ling rate and seedling growth of A.euchroma were researched.The results showed that the seedling emer⁃gence rate and seedling retention rate of treatment of soil+nutrient soil+bio-organic fertilizer(2∶5∶3)were higher than the treatment of soil+nutrient soil(1∶1)10.17%and 4.4%,the number of leaves,fresh weight of whole plant,the length of rhizome and root were increased by16.94%,27.40%,13.19%and 52.99%.In summary,the best soil treatment to promote the emergence rate,seedling rate and seedling growth of A.euchroma was soil+nutrient soil+bio-organic fertilizer,soil ratio was 2∶5∶3.
