场景理论视角下的湖南文化产业园区发展路径研究

摘　　要：以湖南文化产业园区为研究对象,从场景理论视角剖析当前湖南文化产业园区发展所面临的一些突出问题。研究发现当前湖南文化产业园区发展存在的主要问题有:以租房为盈利模式招商,缺少文化内涵;园区内产业关联度小,集而不群;园区封闭,与周边社区的互动性不够等。将场景理论思想、模式、要素和价值观引入湖南文化产业园区建设研究中,湖南文化产业园区发展需要重点做好五个方面的工作:构建创意社区,重塑空间面貌,营造不同的文化场景,举办丰富活动,从生产型园区向消费体验型园区转变。Taking Hunan Cultural Industry Park as the research object,this paper analyzes some outstanding problems facing the development of Hunan Cultural Industry Park from the perspective of scene theory.The research has found that the main problems existing in the development of Hunan Cultural Industry Park include:house rental as a profit model to attract investment lacks cultural connotation;industries in the Park are small and clustered but not grouped;the Park is closed and the interaction with surrounding communities is not sufficient.Introducing the theoretical ideas,models,elements and values of the scene into the study,this paper argues that the development of Hunan Cultural Industry Park needs to focus on five aspects of work:constructing creative communities,reshaping the appearance of space,creating different cultural scenes,organizing rich activities,and transforming from a production-oriented park to a consumer experience-oriented park.
