习近平卫生健康观的哲学特质及其时代价值

摘　　要：人民的健康水平关乎党和国家的前途命运,是至关重要的。十八大以来,习近平高度重视我国卫生健康事业的发展,继承和发展马克思主义经典作家和历代中国共产党领导人关于健康的重要思想以及中华民族优秀的健康文化,最终形成逻辑严密、体系完整、内涵丰富、意义重大的习近平卫生健康观。习近平卫生健康观蕴含着丰富的哲学特质,体现在发展卫生健康事业的价值取向、重要原则、基本方法、力量源泉和国际担当等五个方面。坚持用习近平卫生健康观这一科学的方法论来指导卫生健康事业的实践,不仅能够走出一条中国特色的卫生健康发展道路进而为实现中华民族伟大复兴夯实健康基础,而且能够为世界卫生健康事业的发展提供价值引领。The health of the people is vital to the future of the Party and the country.Since the 18th National Congress,President Xi has attached great importance to the development of national health care.On the basis of inheriting and promoting classic Marxists’and generations of leaders’significant ideas on health and learning from the excellent health culture of the Chinese nation,President Xi has developed his new thinking on health which is strict in logic,complete in system,rich in connotation and of great significance.Xi’s concept of health embraces profound philosophical qualities which are illustrated in five aspects,namely value orientation,fundamental principles,basic methods,power source and international responsibility.Upholding Xi’s concept of health as the guiding principle for practice,it not only leads us to a path with Chinese characteristics so as to build solid health foundation for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,but also provides value guidance for the development of world health care at large.
