关于高校机关党建融入管理服务工作的几点思考

摘　　要：将高校机关党建与机关各部门管理服务工作深入融合,是机关助力高校科学培养人才、落实立德树人任务的重要途径之一。然而,目前在高校机关党建融入管理服务工作的过程中还存在理论指导不足、工作模式不明、干部能力不足、制度机制不全等问题。高校机关需通过夯实理论基础、打造新型平台、提升能力水平、健全体制机制等方式全方位促进高校机关党建与管理服务工作的深度融合。For colleges and universities,integrating administrative departments’party construction with management and service work is an important way to help foster talents and strengthen morality education.However,currently,there still exist some imperfect places in theory guidance,work patterns,carder abilities,rule systems etc.in this process.Administrative departments in colleges and universities should promote the integration by laying a solid theoretical foundation,establishing a new firm platform,building a high-quality team,and constructing an effective ruling system.
