摘 要:针对日益增长的多制式无线通信需求,面向900 MHz个人移动通信和5800 MHz无线局域网应用,提出了一种大频率比双频定向耦合器,其工作频率比可达6.34。该耦合器利用奇偶模分析法,给出了双频定向耦合器的设计方法,并利用阶梯阻抗变换技术分析了等效λ/4传输线实现大频率比工作的条件;同时,推导出了等效λ/4传输线实现双波段大频率比工作的阻抗和电长度解析式。为了对设计进行验证,对该定向耦合器进行了加工和测试。结果表明,限定输入端回波损耗大于15 dB,输出端口幅度不平衡度小于0.5 dB且相位不平度度小于5°时,两个频带内的工作带宽分别为170 MHz(0.83~1 GHz)和160 MHz(5.74~5.9 GHz)。仿真与实测结果吻合,证明了设计的正确性。To meet the increasing demand of multi-mode wireless communication,a dual-frequency and directional coupler with high frequency ratio was proposed for 900 MHz personal mobile communication and 5800 MHz WLAN applications.The operating frequency ratio can reach up to 6.34.The design method of the dual-frequency directional coupler was given by using odd-even mode analysis.The working conditions for realizing high frequency ratio operation of equivalentλ/4 transmission line were analyzed by using step impedance transformation technology.At the same time,the analytical expressions of impedance and electrical length of equivalentλ/4 transmission line to realize dual band and high frequency ratio operation were derived.To verify the design,the directional coupler was manufactured and tested.The results show that the two working bandwidths are approximately 170 MHz(0.83-1 GHz)and 160 MHz(5.74-5.9 GHz)respectively,which have return loss better than 15 dB,amplitude mismatch less than 0.5 dB and phase mismatch less than 5°.The simulation results agree with the measurement results,which prove the correctness of the design.
