摘 要:提出了一种共面波导慢波传输线,该慢波传输线由高低阻抗线、哑铃型缺陷地和加载于中心导带上的哑铃形支节、矩形支节线构成。然后利用该共面波导慢波传输线代替传统Wilkinson功分器中的四分之一波长传输线。所设计的Wilkinson功分器尺寸为28.6 mm×21.2 mm,其尺寸为传统共面波导结构的Wilkinson功分器的48%,具有小型化效果。测试结果显示,此功分器的中心工作频率为1.93 GHz,|S11|小于-15 dB的带宽为0.62 GHz,通带内|S21|和|S31|大于-3.6 dB,|S32|小于-15 dB。测试结果与仿真结果吻合良好,验证了该设计方法的可行性。Here a coplanar waveguide slow-wave transmission line was proposed with defected ground structures.The slow-wave transmission line was consisted of high and low impedance lines,dumbbell-shaped defected ground structures,dumbbell-shaped stubs and rectangular stubs loaded on the central strip line.Then the coplanar waveguide slow-wave transmission lines were used to replace the quarter-wavelength transmission lines in the conventional Wilkinson power divider.The size of the proposed Wilkinson power divider is 28.6 mm×21.2 mm,which is 48%of the Wilkinson power divider with conventional coplanar waveguide transmission lines.As a result,miniaturization is achieved.For actual measurements,the central operating frequency of the power divider is 1.93 GHz,the bandwidth for|S11|<-15 dB is 0.62 GHz with|S21|and|S31|>-3.6 dB and|S32|is<-15 dB in the passband.The measured results agree well with simulated results,which verifies the feasibility of the design method.
