摘 要:2020年12月初,山东省临沂市某猪场保育猪只出现腹泻、高热、咳喘等症状,并出现死亡。为查找病因、控制病情、减少损失,笔者进行了流行病学调查、临床检查、病理剖检和实验室检测,确诊为猪流感病毒(SIV)与猪瘟病毒(CSFV)混合感染所致。经分析,防疫程序不合理、长途运输、猪舍环境差、饲养密度大均可能是本次发病的诱因。笔者对此次猪病的详细发病情况进行了介绍,从加强防疫程序、优化饲养管理、提高猪群抗病力方面提出了建议,也为冬季猪瘟混合感染呼吸系统疾病的防控提供了参考。In early December,2020,breeding pigs exhibited the pathological symptoms,including diarrhea,high fever,cough and asthma,accompanied by the death,in a pig farm of Linyi City,Shandong Province.To find out the etiology,control the disease,and reduce the loss,we confirmed that this disease was caused by the mixed infection of swine influenza virus(SIV)and swine fever virus(CSFV)by a series of epidemiological investigation,clinical examination,pathological examination,and laboratory test.Through anal-ysis,it might attribute to unreasonable epidemic prevention procedures,long-distance transportation,poor pigsty environment,and high feeding density.In this case,through analyzing the detailed incidence of the swine disease,a guidance was provided for strength-ening epidemic prevention procedures,optimizing feeding management,and improving the disease resistance of pigs.It also provided a reference for the prevention and control of respiratory diseases with mixed infection of swine fever in winter.
