高校创新创业实践基地的定位与运行机制研究——基于三螺旋创新理论视角

摘　　要：近年来,在"大众创业、万众创新"国家战略的推动下,高校创新创业教育示范基地发展迅速。本文基于三螺旋理论,以清华大学x-lab(Tsinghua x-lab)双创示范基地为案例,对高校双创基地定位与运行进行了研究。研究发现:高校双创基地是深受大学、产业(企业)和政府三方资源和力量影响的独立运行体系,各方在高校创新创业实践基地都有其独特的定位和运行机制。在此基础上,本文提出高校全面落实、产业积极参与、政府大力推动等相关政策建议以期为促进认识我国高校创新创业基地发展提供参考。In recent years, driven by the national strategy of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", the university innovation and entrepreneurship education demonstration base has developed rapidly. Based on the triple helix theory,this paper takes Tsinghua University X-lab as an example to study the positioning and operation of University’s innovation and entrepreneurship base. It is found that the university innovation and entrepreneurship base is an independent operation system deeply influenced by the resources and forces of universities, industries(enterprises) and the government, and each party has its own unique positioning and operation mechanism in the university innovation and entrepreneurship practice base. On this basis, this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions, such as the comprehensive implementation of colleges and universities, the active participation of industry, and the vigorous promotion of the government, in order to provide reference for promoting the understanding of the development of innovation and entrepreneurship bases in colleges and universities in China.
