摘　　要：互联网技术的高速发展催生了"互联网+教育"的创新模式,给大学生党员教育培训工作带来了发展机遇。同时,"互联网+"视域下大学生党员的教育培训工作也面临着诸多挑战,其影响着高校主流意识形态的发展,给教育培训的监督工作带来困难。为此,可以通过建立党员需求导向的教育培训机制、推动教育资源"供给侧"改革、加强教育培训工作制度化建设、夯实网络阵地、促进学生党员发挥作用等方式来提升大学生党员教育培训工作的亲和力和实效性。The rapid development of Internet technology has spawned the innovation mode of "Internet plus education", which has brought opportunities for the education and training of college student party members.Meanwhile, the education and training of college student party members under the "Internet plus" perspective is also facing many challenges, which affect the development of mainstream ideology in universities and bring difficulties to supervision and training of education and training. Therefore, we can improve the affinity and effectiveness of the education and training of college student party members by establishing a demand-oriented education and training mechanism, promoting the "supply side" reform of education resources, strengthening the institutionalization of education and training, consolidating the network position, and promoting the role of student party members.
