农业高校研究生心理健康教育机制研究——以山东农业大学园艺科学与工程学院为例

摘　　要：近年来,在研究生招生数量不断增多以及社会压力逐渐增大的情况下,研究生的心理健康问题逐渐显现出来。科研、就业、婚恋、家庭以及社会等方面都给研究生带来了沉重的心理压力,研究生因心理问题而引发的抑郁、自杀、精神障碍等问题时有发生。本文结合工作实际,对研究生心理健康以及心理健康教育的现状和影响因素进行了详细分析,建立了适合我院特点的研究生心理健康教育机制,大大提升了我院研究生的心理健康水平,为提高研究生的培养质量起到了事半功倍的效果。In recent years, with the increasing enrollment of graduate students and the increasing social pressure, the mental health problems of graduate students gradually appear. Scientific research, employment, marriage, family and society all bring heavy psychological pressure to graduate students, and the depression, suicide, mental disorders and other problems caused by psychological problems occur from time to time. Combining with the actual work, this paper analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of graduate students’ mental health and mental health education in detail, establishes a graduate students’ mental health education mechanism suitable for the characteristics of our college, it has greatly improved the mental health level of our graduate students, and has played a double role in improving the training quality of the graduate students.
