摘 要:师德是衡量教师队伍状况的第一标准,加强师德建设来促进教育发展已成为共识。美国、加拿大、英国、日本的师德建设经验对我国高校在师德建设中正确把握师德理想与行为底线的关系、正确处理师德规范与行为实践的关系、构建育人为本的教师职业伦理规范体系有一定的借鉴意义。构建高校师德评价体系、细化高校师德行为规范、凝练高校师德核心价值,是我国高校师德建设的可靠立足点。Teachers’ethics are the first criterion for measuring the teaching body.Strengthening the construction of teachers’ethics and promoting the development of education have always been the universal value consensus of all countries.The United States,Canada,the United Kingdom,and Japan,as the developed countries of the world,their experience and practice of the construction of teachers’ethics have guiding significance for the construction of teachers’ethics in Chinese university.It provides a direction for Chinese university to correctly grasp the relationship between teachers’ideal and behavioral bottom line,handle the relationship between teachers’ethics and behavioral practice,and construct an education-oriented professional ethics system.Constructing the evaluation system of college teachers’ethics,refining the norms of college teachers’ethics,and consolidating the core values of college teachers’ethics are the feasible standpoints for the construction of teachers’ethics and style in Chinese university.
