摘　　要：煤矿企业需要高度关注生产调度应急管理工作,全面建构系统的煤矿生产调度应急管理机制,确保煤矿生产的正常开展。文章指出煤矿生产调度应急管理存在的问题,提出煤矿生产调度应急管理的有效对策。Coal mine enterprises need to pay great attention to the emergency management of production scheduling,and comprehensively construct a systematic emergency management mechanism of coal mine production scheduling,to ensure the normal development of coal mine production.The paper points out the problems in coal mine production dispatching and proposes effective countermeasures for coal mine production dispatching emergency management.
