摘  要:针对某电厂1号汽轮机在冷态开机过程中,中压缸上、下缸存在温差较大的现象,从开机过程操作控制、参数变化、暖机疏水等多方面分析了影响缸温差的主要因素,提出相应的处理措施,有效降低了中压缸上、下缸温差,减少了由于温差引起的热应力变化对汽轮机动静部分的损害,确保了机组的安全运行。In view of the large temperature difference between upper and lower cylinders of medium pressure cylinder during cold start-up of steam turbine 1 in a power plant,the main factors influencing the temperature difference of the cylinder are analyzed from the aspects of operation control,parameter change and warm-up drainage during the start-up process,and corresponding treatment measures are put forward to effectively reduce the temperature difference between upper and lower cylinders of the medium pressure cylinder,The damage of thermal stress caused by temperature difference to the dynamic and static parts of steam turbine is reduced,and the safe operation of the unit is ensured.
