摘 要:针对电气、电子信息系统中的传输线串扰问题,采用传输线矩阵(TLM)方法计算了线缆类型、传输线间隔距离、线缆长度、线缆离地高度、信号频率对传输线串扰耦合的影响,探讨了降低线缆串扰的有效方法。研究结果表明,传输线串扰程度随着传输线间距的增大而减小,但当间距增大至10 cm后,增大间距已不能有效地降低串扰程度;传输线串扰程度随传输线长度和传输线离地高度的增大而增大,其中随传输线离地高度的增大呈线性增大;传输线串扰现象随信号频率的变化呈现周期性变化,变化频率约为当电磁波波长为2倍线缆长度时对应的频率值,在该频率值的整数倍附近出现最大串扰电压;相比于增大间隔距离,选择带有屏蔽层的线缆是降低串扰影响的有效方法;同轴线具有最优的抗干扰性能,可使近端串扰电压降低至0.02 V。Aiming at the crosstalk of transmission lines in electrical and electronic systems, the influences of cable type, interval distance, cable length and the height of the transmission line from the ground on crosstalk coupling of transmission line were calculated by using transmission line matrix(TLM) method, and the reasonable method to reduce cable crosstalk was discussed. The research results show that the cable crosstalk effect decreases with the increase of the cable interval distance, however, the degree of crosstalk cannot be reduced effectively by increasing the interval distance when the distance increases to 10 cm;the degree of crosstalk increases with the increase of the height of the transmission line from the ground and the length of the transmission line, which increases linearly with the increase of the height of the transmission line from the ground;and changes periodically with the change of the signal frequency, the change frequency of which is about the corresponding frequency value when the electromagnetic wave wavelength is twice the cable length, and the maximum crosstalk voltage appears near the integer multiple of the frequency value;compared with increasing the interval distance, choosing the cable with shielding layer is the key to reduce the crosstalk effect;the crosstalk voltage can be reduced to 0.02 V by the coaxial line which has the optimal anti-interference performance.
