摘　　要：蛋白质泛素化广泛存在于细胞内,是蛋白翻译后的一种修饰。HBV及其相关蛋白的泛素化研究越来越受到重视。对HBV及其相关蛋白的泛素化修饰进行了综述,为进一步了解HBV的复制调控及其蛋白的泛素化研究提供了借鉴,为治愈慢性HBV感染提供新的思路和方法。Protein ubiquitination is widely observed in cells and is a modification after protein translation.Hepatitis B virus(HBV)and ubiquitination of related proteins have attracted more and more attention.This article reviews HBV and the ubiquitination of related proteins,so as to provide a reference for further research on the regulation of HBV replication and the ubiquitination of related proteins,as well as new ideas and methods for curing chronic HBV infection.
