快速康复外科护理在结直肠癌合并糖尿病患者围术期中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨快速康复外科(ERAS)护理在结直肠癌合并糖尿病患者围术期中的应用效果。方法:将2019年6月1日~9月30日收治的31例结直肠癌合并糖尿病患者作为对照组,采用常规护理干预;将2019年10月1日~2020年1月31日收治的31例结直肠癌合并糖尿病患者作为实验组,采用ERAS护理干预。比较两组血糖水平、早期康复相关指标、应激性指标。结果:干预后,实验组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)均低于对照组(P<0.01);实验组首次排气时间、导尿管留置时间、首次下床活动时间、住院时间及术后第2天监测FPG值均低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组应激性指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对结直肠癌合并糖尿病患者围术期实施ERAS护理干预,可改善患者血糖水平,提高术后康复效果。Objective:To explore the application effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing in perioperative colorectal cancer patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 31 cases of colorectal cancer patients with diabetes mellitus admitted during June 1 to September 30,2019 were as the control group,the conventional nursing intervention was given.A total of 31 cases of colorectal cancer patients with diabetes mellitus admitted during October 1,2019 to January 31,2020 were as the experimental group,the ERAS nursing intervention was adopted.Comparison was made between the two groups on blood glucose levels,early rehabilitation related indicators,and excitability indexes.Results:After intervention,the fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)were lower in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.01).The first exhaust time,the catheter indwelling time,the first off-bed time,length of hospital stay,and postoperative day 2 monitored FPG values were lower in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.01).And the stress indexes were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ERAS nursing intervention in perioperative colorectal cancer patients with diabetes mellitus can improve the blood glucose level,and improve the effect of postoperative rehabilitation.
