摘　　要：针对气动测量所采用的浮标式气动量仪、电子柱式气电测微仪、SPC气电测量工作站等测量仪器的不足,结合现代工业智能化生产在线检测及小微型企业检测的实际需要,研发制造一种能够完成现场检测、在线检测、多通道多参数检测、检测数据存储、传输、即时处理的方便携带的新型智能气电测微仪,该仪器体积小、重量轻、价格低廉、便于携带,满足了机械加工行业各种类型企业的检测需求。In view of the shortcomings of buoy type pneumatic momentum meter, electronic column electropneumatic micrometer, SPC electropneumatic measurement workstation and other measuring instruments used in pneumatic measurement, combined with the actual needs of modern industrial intelligent production on-line detection and small and micro enterprise detection, a kind of electropneumatic measurement system is developed which can complete on-site detection, on-line detection, multi-channel multi parameter detection, detection data storage, transmission and real-time processing. The instrument is small in size, light in weight, low in price and easy to carry, and meets the testing needs of various types of enterprises in the mechanical processing industry.
