摘 要:桂林银子岩溶洞是典型的喀斯特地貌,是桂林极具特色的旅游景点之一。利用ACSI模型构建喀斯特洞穴游客满意度指数模型(KCCSI),通过对桂林银子岩游客满意度开展实证研究,运用SPSS及SmartPLS软件进行数据分析、模型检验和指数运算。结果表明,洞穴旅游顾客满意与洞穴形象、顾客期望、感知质量、价值感知四个变量之间存在正相关关系;顾客满意与顾客抱怨存在显著的负相关关系;洞穴形象、顾客期望与价值感知不存在显著性关系。结合"健康养生"理念,有针对性地提出洞穴旅游产品开发建议,以提高喀斯特洞穴游客满意度。Guilin Yinziyan Cave is a typical karst landform,and is one of the tourist attractions in Guilin with the most remarkable characteristics.This paper uses an ACSI model to construct a Karst Cave Customer Satisfaction Index(KCCSI)model,and conducts an empirical study on visitor satisfaction with Yinziyan Cave of Guilin,by using SPSS and SmartPLS software for data analysis,model testing and index calculation.Results indicate that there is a positive correlation between cave customer satisfaction and four variables:cave image,customer expectations,quality of perception,and value perception;a remarkable negative relationship exists between customer satisfaction and customer complaints;no significant relationship exists among cave image,customer expectations and value perception.Combined with the concept of"Health and Life Preservation",this paper puts forward targeted suggestions for cave tourism product development to improve satisfaction of karst cave visitors.
