稠油水平井油层段电加热工艺技术研究

摘　　要：针对稠油水平井,以提高井筒原油温度,改善原油流动性为目标,结合目前常用的电加热工艺技术,研发出一种稠油水平井油层段电加热工艺,并对工艺中的关键工具进行设计及绝缘试验。根据能量守恒定律,建立了油层段电加热工艺井筒温度场,并对典型井工艺实施进行设计评价。H05井计算实例表明,油层段流体温度由64℃加热到105℃,井口温度由55.5℃提高到84.9℃,泵入口温度由60.8℃提高到91.3℃,泵入口原油黏度由777.3 mPa·s降低到127.8 mPa·s,井筒摩阻由186.2 kPa降低到62.6 kPa。油层段电加热工艺可以明显提高泵入口原油温度,降低原油黏度及井筒摩阻,改善井筒原油流动性。In view of heavy oil horizontal well,to improve the temperature and the fluidity of the crude oil in the wellbore,combined with the current commonly used electric heating technology,the electric heating technology for reservoir section of heavy oil horizontal well has been developed,the key tool in the technology has been designed,and the insulation test has been carried out.According to the law of conservation of energy,the wellbore fluid temperature distribution calculation model of the electric heating technology for the reservoir section has been set up,and the evaluation of typical well used electric heating technology has been completed.The calculation example of well H05 shows that the fluid temperature of reservoir section is heated from 64℃to 105℃,the wellhead temperature is increased from 55.5℃to 84.9℃,the pump inlet fluid temperature is increased from 60.8℃to 91.3℃,the pump inlet fluid viscosity is reduced from 777.3 mPa·s to 127.8 mPa·s,and the wellbore friction is reduced from 186.2 kPa to 62.6 kPa.The electric heating technology for the reservoir section can increase the pump inlet fluid temperature,reduce the crude oil viscosity and wellbore friction,and improve the wellbore crude oil fluidity.
