摘　　要：为确保DHC1型湿度传感器测量数据的准确可靠,文章按照JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》的要求,首先介绍了DHC1型湿度传感器测量结果不确定度评定的一般方法和详细步骤;然后以精密露点仪、LF-300X温湿度检定箱和数字多用表数据采集器为标准器,数字化温湿压记录仪、3MS检定系统为辅助设备、DHC1型湿度传感器为被检表,通过1个实例具体说明评定方法,并给出具体的扩展不确定度评定值。In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of DHC1 humidity sensor measurement data,according to the requirements of JJF1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty,this paper firstly introduces the general method and detailed steps of uncertainty evaluation of DHC1 humidity sensor measurement results.Then,the precision dew-point meter,LF-300X temperature and humidity calibration box,digital multimeter data collector as the standard,digital temperature and humidity pressure recorder,3MS verification system as the auxiliary equipment,DHC1 humidity sensor as the tested table,an example is given to illustrate the evaluation method,and the extended uncertainty evaluation value is given out.
