摘  要:流化床粉末热浸涂敷工艺具有操作方便、生产周期短、质量高以及显著经济效应的特点,广泛应用于电力电子行业。在流化床粉末热浸涂敷设备及涂敷工艺研究的基础上,针对高精度角度传感器对涂敷层厚度尺寸的高要求,先定性分析影响涂敷层厚度的因素,再设计正交试验定量优化涂敷工艺参数,并通过试验结果的极差分析确定了各因素影响涂敷层厚度的程度及趋势,最后通过各项性能检测验证了涂敷层的性能指标要求,突破了高精度角度传感器铁芯的粉末涂敷技术,从根本上保证了其绝缘可靠性,对相关粉末涂敷领域具有一定的借鉴意义。Fluidized bed powder hot dip coating process is widely used in the power electronics industry because of its convenient operation, short production cycle, high quality and remarkable economic effect. Based on the research of fluidized bed powder hot dip coating equipment and coating process, aiming at the high requirements of high-precision angle sensor for coating thickness, the factors influencing coating thickness are analyzed qualitatively in this paper. Then orthogonal experiment is designed to optimize the coating process parameters quantitatively. The degree and trend of factors influencing coating thickness are determined by range analysis of experiment results. Finally, the performance index requirements of the coating are verified through various performance tests. The powder coating technology of high-precision angle sensor iron core is broken through, which ensures the insulation reliability fundamentally, which has a certain reference significance for the relevant powder coating field.
