摘  要:研究目的:铁路地基水泥低强度的水泥土搅拌桩和水泥浆桩的基桩检测,应在桩身完整性检测合格前提下进行钻芯和静载,但《铁路工程地基处理技术规程》(TB 10106—2010)规定:采用比例2‰的钻芯和静载,且各不少于3根;可实际情况此检测比例偏小,不能对整体地基桩的完整性和承载力进行有效控制,只能对所检桩负责,由此提出增设用反射波法检测水泥低强度桩的完整性研究。研究结论:(1)水泥土搅拌桩和水泥浆桩的施工含水率应分别控制在0.35~0.45和0.70~1.10,且要均匀;(2)采用反射波法检测水泥土搅拌桩和水泥浆桩的完整性是可行的;(3)反射波法检测比例不少于总桩数的10%,且不少于10根,在反射波法检测桩完整性合格的前提下,采用比例2‰的钻芯和静载完善检测,且各不少于3根,综合检测能够对整体地基桩的完整性和承载力进行有效控制;(4)反射波法测得水泥土搅拌桩和水泥浆桩的波速分别约为2 000 m/s和2 600 m/s;(5)取芯样连续长度大于0.5 m做反射波速测试,使模型桩、检测桩、芯样三者波速应一致;(6)本研究成果可为铁路、公路等领域的水泥土搅拌桩和水泥浆桩的完整性研究提供参考。Research purposes: In order to test the quality of cement-soil mixing pile and cement-slurry pile with low strength in railway foundation, core drilling and static load should be carried out on the premise that the integrity of the pile is qualified, but Technical Code for Ground Treatment of Railway Engineering(TB 10106—2010) stipulates: Using 2‰ of drill core and static load, and each of them not less than 3;the detection proportion is too small to effectively control the integrity and bearing capacity of the whole foundation pile, but only be responsible for the pile inspected. Therefore, a new reflection wave method is proposed to test the integrity of cement low strength pile.Research conclusions:(1) The construction water content of cement-soil mixing pile and cement-slurry pile should be controlled at 0.35 ~ 0.45 and 0.70~ 1.10, respectively, and should be uniform.(2) It is feasible to detect the integrity of cement-soil mixing pile and cement-slurry pile by using reflected wave method.(3) On the premise that the proportion of reflection wave method is not less than 10% of the total number of piles and not less than 10 piles, and on the premise that the proportion of reflection wave method is not less than 2‰, and the proportion of static load is not less than 3, the proportion of detection is increased, the comprehensive conclusion can effectively control the integrity and bearing capacity of the whole foundation pile.(4) The wave velocity of cement-soil mixing pile and cement-slurry pile measured by reflected wave method is about 2 000 m/s and 2 600 m/s respectively.(5) The continuous length of core samples is greater than 0.5 m, so that the wave velocities of model piles, test piles and core samples should be consistent.(6) The research results can provide reference for the integrity research of cement-soil mixing piles and cement-slurry piles in railway, highway and other fields.
