摘　　要：环磷酰胺是一种广谱抗肿瘤药,同时也作为免疫抑制剂,用于治疗多种自身免疫性皮肤病,如系统性红斑狼疮、皮肌炎、硬皮病、天疱疮、类天疱疮等。本共识对环磷酰胺的作用机理、在免疫性皮肤病中的适应证及用法用量、不良反应及注意事项及其在特殊人群的使用等进行规范总结,为皮肤科及相关专业医生规范应用环磷酰胺治疗免疫相关性皮肤病提供参考依据。Cyclophosphamide is a broad-spectrum antineoplastic drug,and is also used as an immunosuppressant for the treatment of a variety of autoimmune skin diseases,such as systemic lupus erythematosus,dermatomyositis,scleroderma,pemphigus and pemphigoid.This consensus summarizes the mechanism of action,indications,usage and dosage of cyclophosphamide,adverse reactions and cautions during the treatment of immune skin diseases with it,as well as its application in special populations.It is hoped that this consensus will provide a reference for physicians in dermatology and relevant specialities in rational application of cyclophosphamide in the treatment of immune-related skin diseases.
