摘  要:为筛选抗逆性较强的高活力大豆品种,本试验在3种温度(6,12和22℃)条件下,以4种不同粒重的大豆品种为材料,对种子萌发初期的吸水量、吸水速率、发芽率及发芽指数等指标进行测定。结果表明:4个不同品种在不同温度处理条件下吸水量的增长趋势都是先快后慢,但不同温度对种子的吸水量大小表现存在差异,且与种子的粒重相关性不大;3种温度条件下吸水速率变化趋势与粒重均呈正相关,表现为绥农53>辽豆32>吉育401>小粒豆;不论何种温度处理,4个品种的发芽率和发芽指数表现基本一致,由高到低依次为吉育401>小粒豆>辽豆32>绥农53,粒重较轻的种子发芽表现较好,较重的种子发芽较差。In order to screen high vigor soybean varieties with strong stress resistance,the water absorption value,water absorption rate,germination rate and germination index of four soybean varieties with different seed weight were measured at three temperatures(6,12 and 22℃).The results showed that the growth trend of water absorption of four different varieties under different temperature treatment was first fast and then slow,but the water absorption of seeds was different at 3 temperatures,and had little correlation with seed weight;There was a positive correlation between the change trend of water absorption rate and seed weight under the three temperature conditions,which showed that Suinong 53>Liaodou 32>Jiyu 401>Xiaolidou;No matter what temperature treatment,the germination rate and germination index of the four varieties were basically the same,from high to low,Jiyu 401>Xiaolidou>Liaodou 32>Suinong 53.The seeds with light seed weight germinated better,and the seeds with heavy seed weight germinated worse.
