摘　　要：介绍近年来黑磷量子点复合材料制备方法和应用。特别介绍黑磷量子点与石墨烯复合材料的制备,黑磷复合材料在纳米光电子学(如光学器件、传感器)、储能、半导体、催化、污染治理以及生物医学(如癌症治疗、光动力治疗药物、靶向治疗药物、超快激光等方面)等领域具有很好的应用前景。The preparation methods and applications of black phosphorus quantum dot composites in recent years are introduced.In particular,the preparation of composites of black phosphorus quantum dots and graphene are introduced.Black phosphorus composites have good application prospects in nano optoelectronics(such as optical devices,sensors),energy storage,semiconductor,catalysis,pollution control,biomedicine(such as cancer treatment,photodynamic therapy drugs,targeted therapy drugs,ultrafast laser,etc.)and other fields.
