摘  要:介绍我国硫酸工业现状及废硫酸来源。分析天然气裂解制乙炔过程中产生的废硫酸的处理工艺,将萃取、氧化、吸附以及浓缩等多种废硫酸处理技术在微通道反应器上进行耦合,使废硫酸中杂质去除率达95%以上,得到纯度和白度均较高的硫酸钾晶体,实现废硫酸的回收利用。对我国形成可持续发展的硫酸工业产业格局,改变废硫酸处理技术含量低、粗放的不利形象,加快我国向硫酸工业技术强国的转变具有重要意义。The present situation of sulfuric acid industry in China and the source of waste sulfuric acid areintroduced. The treatment process of waste sulfuric acid produced in the process of cracking natural gas toacetylene is analyzed. The multiple treatment technologies such as extraction, oxidation, adsorption andconcentration are coupled in the microchannel reactor, the removal rate of impurities in the waste sulfuric acidis more than 95%, and the potassium sulfate crystals with high purity and whiteness are obtained, so as torealize the recycling of waste sulfuric acid. It is of great significance to form a sustainable industrial pattern ofsulfuric acid industry, change the unfavorable image of low and extensive technology content of waste sulfuricacid treatment, and accelerate the transformation to a powerful country of sulfuric acid industry technology.
