摘  要:针对云南省某中低品位硅钙(镁)质磷块岩试样,当原矿P_(2)O_(5)品位较低时采用一粗一精的反浮选工艺流程难以获得经济性高的合格精矿。通过优化试验工艺流程,采用常温反浮选一粗一精一扫流程,可以获得精矿w(P_(2)O_(5))为28.08%,w(MgO)为0.93%,产率为70.14%,磷回收率为91.24%,MgO排除率达88.05%的选矿指标;尾矿w(P_(2)O_(5))为6.48%,w(MgO)为15.95%,产率为29.86%,尾矿选别指标大幅度降低,达到了降低单反浮选尾矿品位及提高精矿中磷回收率的目的。For a sample of a low and medium grade silica-calcium(magnesium) phosphate rock in Yunnan province, it is difficult to obtain qualified concentrate with high economy when the raw ore P_(2)O_(5) grade is low and the technological process of one coarse and one fine is adopted. The technological process is optimized through experiments, and the P_(2)O_(5) grade of the concentrate is 28.08%, the MgO is 0.93%, the yield is 70.14%, the recovery rate of P_(2)O_(5) is 91.24% and the exclusion rate of MgO is 88.05% at room temperature by reverse flotation of one coarse, one fine and one scavenging. The tailing P_(2)O_(5) grade is 6.48%, MgO is 15.95% and the yield is 29.86%. The separation index of tailing is greatly reduced, which achieves the purpose of reducing the grade of single reverse flotation tailings and improving the recovery rate of phosphorus in the concentrate.
