摘  要:为研究肥料级聚磷酸铵(APP)中正磷含量的测定方法,分别采用离子交换树脂法与离子色谱法对一系列肥料级聚磷酸铵产品进行测定,两种方法测定结果的线性相关性以及t检验结果表明两种方法的测定结果无显著性差异。针对两种方法分别组织开展了实验室间比对,离子交换树脂法的重复性标准差s_(r)=0.1225%,再现性标准差s_(R)=0.4584%;离子色谱法的重复性标准差为0.1479%,再现性标准差为0.00134(100 w)^(0.506)(w为测得的正磷质量分数)。比对结果表明,两种方法的重复性与再现性基本相当,均具有较高的精密度,是较好的通用测定方法。鉴于离子色谱法具有节省人力、节约试剂、提高工作效率等优点,更适用于大批量的分析测定。In order to study the determination methods of P1 in fertilizer grade APP,ion exchange resin method and ion chromatography method are used to determine P1 content in a series of samples.The linear correlation and result of t-test show that there is no significant difference between the test results of these two methods.Comparison tests have been conducted for both methods.Repeatability standard deviation and reproducibility standard deviation of ion exchange resin method are 0.1225%and 0.4584%.For ion chromatography method,repeatability standard deviation is 0.1479%,and reproducibility standard deviation is 0.00134(100 w)^(0.506)(w is the measured mass fraction of P1).Statistical analysis indicates that both of these methods are applicable and precise.Ion chromatography method is more suitable for determination of large amount of samples because of its advantages such as saving manpower,reagents and improving efficiency.
