摘 要:通过市场提供指数的计算可知,1995—2019年,RCEP其他成员国总体上对中国初级产品市场的依赖度最高,中间产品和最终资本品的依赖度居中,最终消费品市场的依赖度最低,但上述四类产品的市场依赖度都在不断上升。这主要是区域内自由贸易协议的签订、要素禀赋的差异以及"新三角贸易"的形成等因素造成的,实证分析也印证了这一点。提高中国最终消费品的市场提供能力是一项十分艰巨的任务,中国应抓住机遇窗口期,加快对外开放步伐;扩大内需,释放消费潜力;持续推动产业结构转型升级;保持人民币汇率均衡及稳定。The calculation of the market-provided index shows that from 1995 to 2019,other RCEP members have the highest dependence on China’s primary product market,intermediate products and final capital goods are in the middle,and the final consumer goods market has a low dependence,but these four types of products have a higher degree of reliance on China’s primary product market.Market dependence is constantly increasing.This is mainly caused by factors such as the signing of free trade agreements in the region,differences in factor endowments,and the formation of"new triangle trade",which is also confirmed by empirical analysis.It is a very difficult task to improve China’s market supply capacity of final consumer goods.For this reason,China should seize the window of opportunity and accelerate the pace of opening-up.Expand domestic demand and release China’s domestic consumption potential.Continue to promote the transformation and upgrading of China’s industrial structure.Maintain the balance and stability of the RMB exchange rate.
