摘　　要：周围组织供血不足、营养缺失是椎间盘退变、突出的主要原因。治疗椎间盘突出症不仅要消除突出物,更需要改善椎间盘周围的血液供应及周围微环境。Lack of blood supply and nutrition is the major cause of intervertebral disc degeneration and disc herniation.Treatment for disc herniation should not only remove the protrusion,but also increase the nutrition to improve pericellular microenvironment in the disc.
