摘　　要：选择性颈脊神经根阻滞疗法是疼痛科基本的治疗方法,主要适用于头颈肩背部及上肢疼痛疾病的治疗,以及某些手术的局部麻醉。本专家共识介绍了颈脊神经根的解剖,系统描述了颈脊神经根阻滞疗法的各种操作方法、常用药物、适应证、禁忌证和并发症。本专家共识推荐使用解剖定位法和影像引导下进行选择性颈脊神经根阻滞。文献和临床应用证实,选择性颈脊神经根阻滞疗法是头颈肩背部及上肢急慢性疼痛疾病的一种有效、安全的诊断和治疗方法。Selective cervical nerve root block,mainly used in the pain diseases management of head,neck,shoulder,back and upper limb region,is essential in the department of painology,and can be also used for local surgical anesthesia in some operation.This expert consensus introduces the anatomy of cervical nerve root,systematically describes the various approach,common drugs,indications,contraindications and complications of selective cervical nerve root block.The consensus recommends that both conventional approaches of anatomical landmarks and image-guided approaches can be used for selective cervical nerve root block.Derived from published literatures and clinical practice,it has been demonstrated that selective cervical nerve root block is an effective and safe technique for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic painful diseases in the head,neck,shoulder,back and upper limb.
