摘 要:笔者采用液相烧结法制备出氧化铝颗粒增强过共晶高铬铸铁复合材料,通过扫描电镜,XRD检测,EBSD检测和摩擦磨损实验等对其结构与性能进行了研究。发现氧化铝颗粒均匀分布于基体材料中,并与基体材料形成了明显的润湿界面,复合材料具有良好的耐磨性。工业应用实验显示,在水泥生料立磨上,采用氧化铝颗粒增强过共晶高铬铸铁复合材料制备的耐磨辊套的使用寿命可以达到原高铬铸铁辊套寿命的2倍以上。In this paper,alumina particles reinforced hypereutectic high chromium cast iron composites were prepared by liquid-phase sintering method.The structure and performance of the composites were investigated by scanning electron microscope,XRD EBSD and friction and wear experiment.It is found that the alumina particles are uniformly distributed in the matrix material and form obvious wetting interface with the matrix material,and the composite has good wear resistance.The industrial application experiments show that the service life of the wear-resisting roller sleeve made of alumina particle reinforced composite material can reach more than 2 times of that of the original high chromium cast iron roller sleeve in the vertical grinding of cement raw material.
