摘 要:实验以玻璃粉、石英、方解石、滑石、高岭土、TiO 2、ZnO为主要原料,采用釉上点晶法制备低温快烧硅酸锌结晶釉。通过正交实验法和单因素实验法,研究了各原料对硅酸锌结晶釉的晶花数量、尺寸、形状以及釉面光泽度的影响。采用XRF、XRD、光泽度仪对原料和样品进行测试表征。实验结果表明:在烧成温度1223℃,烧成周期为80 min的烧成制度下,成功制备了釉面平整,晶花饱满,光泽度为36°的硅酸锌结晶釉。此外,保持辊道窑的烧成带在硅酸锌结晶釉的析晶温度区域的时间越长,釉面的析晶效果越好。In the experiment,glass powder,quartz,calcite,talc,kaolin,TiO 2 and ZnO were used as the main raw materials for the synthesis of low-temperature fast-fired zinc silicate crystalline glaze by the on-glaze point crystallization method.The influences of different raw materials on the crystal quantity,size,shape and glaze glossiness of zinc silicate crystalline glaze were studied by orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment.The raw materials and samples were characterized by XRF,XRD and gloss tester.The experimental results show that the sintering temperature of 1223℃,the firing cycle of firing system is 80 min,the zinc silicate crystal glaze with smooth glaze surface,full crystal flower and 36°gloss was successfully prepared.In addition,the longer the firing zone of the roller kiln is kept in the crystallization temperature region of the zinc silicate crystalline glaze,the better the crystallization effect of the glaze.
