摘 要:为实现降本增效目标,某焦化厂通过不断降低价格较高山西焦煤配入量,增加西部地区低质煤配入量,通过对焦炭光学组织进行测定和特征分析,并对现有光学组织特征对焦炭质量的影响进行分析,研究表明,在西部地区煤配入量达80%的现行配比下,焦炭光学组织结构中各向同性组织增加,在有碱环境下,抗高温碱侵蚀能力增强,在焦炭的冷强度处于较好水平前提下,焦炭质量能满足炼铁要求。在大幅度降低配煤成本的情况下,并有进一步拓展的空间,为行业提供技术借鉴。To achieve authors efficiency goals, a shanxi coking coal in coking plant by lowering prices are higher, increase the match into the quantity of inferior coal in the western region of China, through the study of the determination of coke optical organization and characteristic analysis, and the existing optical organizational characteristics to analyze the influence of coke quality, research shows that in the western region of coal with intake under the current ratio of 80%, In the optical structure of coke, the isotropic organization increases, and in the alkali environment, the ability to resist high temperature alkali erosion is enhanced.
