摘 要:采用KBr压片法,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)技术测定藤茶膏及各标准品的红外光谱,将藤茶膏的红外谱图与各标准品进行对比分析。结果表明,藤茶膏中所含的基本物质与文献中报道的基本相吻合,为野生藤茶今后的进一步利用和开发提供理论依据。KBr tabletting method was used to determine the infrared spectrum of Ampelopsis grossedentata paste and its standard products by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR) technology. The infrared spectrum of Ampelopsis grossedentata paste was compared with the standard products. The results showed that the basic substances contained in Ampelopsis grossedentata paste were consistent with those reported in the literature, providing a theoretical basis for the further utilization and development of wild Ampelopsis grossedentata in the future.
